2024 GYEC North America Division Final Round Enrollment

We are thrilled to inform you that your team has been selected for the Final Round of the 2024 Global Youth Entrepreneurial Competition (GYEC) ! This is an incredible achievement, and we can’t wait for you to join us in this exciting event, where you will have the opportunity to meet exceptional peers from various schools and diverse backgrounds.
The 2024 GYEC North America Final Round will be online. We have outlined two participation options for the Final Round:
OPTION 1: 2024 GYEC NA Final Round (Virtual) Dates: July 29 – July 31
In this option, you will participate in the competition virtually. On July 29, your team will need to submit your final pitch slides. On July 30, you will present your final pitch through an 8-minute video, followed by a 5-minute Q&A session. Finally, on July 31, you will be invited to attend the prestigious award ceremony.
OPTION 2: 2024 GYEC NA Final Round + UCSB-GYEC Pre-College Program (Virtual) July 21 – July 31
By selecting this option, you will not only participate in the competition but also enroll in the UCSB-GYEC Pre-College Program, which will be conducted virtually. During the program, from July 21 to July 28, you will have the opportunity to engage with a UCSB professor who will deliver a college-level course on Entrepreneurship Mindset. Then, on July 30, you will present your pitch video and undergo a Q&A session, just like in Option 1. Finally, on July 31, you will attend the award ceremony. Completing both the competition and the program will earn you TWO college credits, an official transcript from UCSB, a recommendation letter from a UCSB professor, as well as a GYEC scholarship/certificate.
